“Tyler and Mason delivered a Home Depot order. Let me tell you, these 2 gentlemen were AMAZING!!! Gave me a call to let me know they were outside my home and wanted to know if I was home and where I wanted my order. I told them I'd be right out. They accessed the area I mentioned. Then unloaded and placed everything in about 5 minutes. This included 212 feet of 16 ft baseboard and about 20 pieces of lumber that was located in the truck parked on the street. They were not only prompt. They were extremely kind, courteous, and compassionate. These guys not only seem to like what they do, they did it with a smile and they were so mannerable. This is the kind of customer service that's so rare these days. I asked their names, so I could give them a good rating. I didn't know I couldn't leave it on the Home Depot site. I looked and couldn't find a place. I called HD to try to get assistance. Since it was 3rd party, they didn't know. I asked for the company they worked for. She told me Estes, so I Google searched the nearest and called. The lady was super nice, but couldn't assist me with , so I told her how amazing they were and left a verbal review. I said I wanted to ensure whomever they worked for, knew how amazing these 2 guys are! She said she'd let the 3rd party co know. As soon as I hung up, I saw a redrawing system on their site. And had to leave this review. Folks working this hard, needs to be recognized! Thanks again Tyler and Mason. Keep up the great work!”

I arrived minutes later and he was able to take me straight to them and help with answering more questions.After making my selection, Shaun checked me out and she was a delight.”

“As for me personally, it's conveniently located on Sandlin Road and the Beltline Highway ( otherwise known as 67) next door to Champion Community Credit Union. I'm using it to send some stuff out of state, they offer different items here and one of the things I like is that you have to sign something if you receiving it there. Although be a little over flow but it's acceptable.”
