“I’ve been with this bank so long that l know my account number. I went with CB&T when they were across the street from Northside Walmart around early 2005. They gave free ice cream inside. What made me leave Regions to come to this bank was the location, better hours. Then the bank changes its name, then changes the hours, and then closed the bank branch.Quit giving away free ice cream. So then they moved to 84 close to Flowers Hospital. It’s out of the way. They are not open on Saturday either. I ordered a new debit cards and it never showed up in the mail. So now l didn’t have a debit card for at least six months at this bank. So l opened an account at another bank. It’s kinda sad because l really love this bank. I’ve never had anybody work with me about a saving account. My new bank did and l started saving money. But lm sure going to miss this bank because l remember my account number and l can check my balance anytime. The new bank is harder to get to my banking. I’m just used to CB&T. Feels like lm losing a good friend.”
