“I have absolutely nothing but the best to say. He had us in and out in minutes for a small repair and was one of the absolute kindest people I have ever met! We will be back (Fortunately? Unfortunately? LoL) in a couple of months for a flush, and potentially a rebuild. Thank you AGAIN.”

“I highly recommend Mr. Transmission for transmission issues!! Kyle is so professional, very informative, quite pleasant, and genuine! I really appreciate that he listened! My truck was completed as scheduled, and I was happy with the results! The guy that worked on my truck was cool too!! On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being highly satisfied, I would give Mr. Transmission a 50! Thanks guys!!!”

“Best, only place if you need transmission parts. They do not do any work on transmissions. They only sell parts. Any type of transmission, any part. They have most common parts on hand.”

“I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”

“It’s so many good things I can say about this company on this review from my experience dealing with them but I’m going to keep it plain and simple,if you are in Dothan Alabama and having any problems with your vehicle go to them, I was having trouble with my cooling system and I gave them a call and spoke with the owner told him what I see what was going on with my 2018 dodge ram 2500, he advised me what he would have to do gave me a price and did other things also to get me back on the road and stayed at the same price. Great customer service and great job. Thanks again Mr.Terrell”

“Great experience with Southern Transmission & Repair! They took great care of my car and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I really appreciate their honesty, customer service, and willingness to stand behind their work. It’s hard to find a shop you feel like you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!”
