Like so many other reviews I saw before taking my car to Dean, he hooked his monitor to the car and rode with me driving so he could determine the cause of the issues I was experiencing. He gave me his honest opinion and did not do like a lot of places do and just try to take my money by saying I needed something that may or may not resolve all my issues. He will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly! This is a family owed business and not part of a big chain that just cares about money. They care about their customers and their reputation first and foremost! I trust Dean and will DEFINITELY take any of my cars to him if the need arises! HIGHLY recommend! “Bobe’s treats you right! What a nice bunch of people. They diagnosed the problem, called with an accurate estimate and got the job done in no time. They even sent a link to an online estimate that included a complete description of what was found, plus pictures of the brakes and temperature readings that showed one of the brake rotors was much hotter than the other.
