“We arrived in Gulf Shores on a Saturday afternoon for a week long family vacation. That night we noticed a grinding sound coming from our vehicle while getting groceries that progressively got worse. Being that we drove from Ohio, it wasn't something I wanted to ignore until we got back. There were not many options on a Saturday to have it looked at, so first thing Monday morning I called DJ's based on a recommendation from the condo facility we were staying at. I called at 8 am and was told to bring it over to look at. By 1030 am the problem had been figured out and we had our vehicle back with new brakes and were back to enjoying vacation.”

“Normally, getting car repairs done is a headache, but not with Crash Champions. I will definitely be working with them again in the future if I have a car that needs repair work done. They were kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Jessica is an absolute gem. They dealt with my insurance directly and called me throughout the process to update me on our progress. My only annoyance is that they send out automated update emails that have completely wrong information. I assume this is something that the office can't get rid of or fix because they warned me about it in one of the first update calls, so I just deleted all update emails that came from them.”
“I went to them right before Christmas because I had to have my brakes checked. My brakes suddenly started sticking and were locking up on me, and became practically undrivable.I had called multiple garages around the area ranging from Gulf Shores to Foley. All of them were already quoting me prices on a full brake service (hundreds of dollars) before even seeing my vehicle versus just what I needed (just a pad and rotor).Not only did I get my car serviced by the them at a fair price, but they also got to me the day I called, and right before Christmas too. “Honestly, for the value and convenience of being local and dropping our cars off here, it’s always a 4/5. We recently had a tire bead mess up after one of the rotations here, which wasn’t Walmart’s fault. They handled it well and helped us get an affordable tire they had in stock and replaced same day when we were just planing for a rotation and balance. Sarah and her staff were very nicely behaved. I’m sure for people traveling through town, this would have been a massive blessing to have such good care at a Walmart. Recommend ++”

“Absolutely great service. Had a large bolt that punctuated my tire. The bolt was large it made a thumping sound and vibration every rotation. Called Mavis and they had me in and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Not only that, but they didn't even charge anything because the tire is a self-sealing tire. They told me to just watch the tire and monitor the air pressure. Great service, quick service, and honest service. Definitely returning for any future issues.”
