Pulled into one tire shop to be told they were headed to lunch for an hour and decided to head to Mavis instead of waiting. Will was amazing and got us right in. They discovered a nail in the tire and repaired it and we were back on the road in no time! We highly recommend this location for all your needs!”

“We arrived in Gulf Shores on a Saturday afternoon for a week long family vacation. That night we noticed a grinding sound coming from our vehicle while getting groceries that progressively got worse. Being that we drove from Ohio, it wasn't something I wanted to ignore until we got back. There were not many options on a Saturday to have it looked at, so first thing Monday morning I called DJ's based on a recommendation from the condo facility we were staying at. I called at 8 am and was told to bring it over to look at. By 1030 am the problem had been figured out and we had our vehicle back with new brakes and were back to enjoying vacation.”

They contacted weekly with my repair updates. Their body work is amazing, looks like a new car. I believe their names are David& Jeff, they were very friendly& answered all the questions we had this morning. Seems like an honest shop that seems that cares about their work.”

“I highly recommend Gulf Shores Service Center! I was in town and needed a nail removed from my tire. I was unable to get in done in a timely manner at other local shops. I showed up here with no appointment and they literally stopped what they were doing and fixed my tire on the spot. They were super kind and professional AND they did not charge me a dime (even though I insisted on paying them). “Brought my truck on Monday with an exhaust manifold problem. Turns out my driver side manifold was cracked. They quoted me $1350 for diagnostic and fix with a cautionary warning that if bolts broke it would cost over $3000. The parts arrived Thursday and they had it all done by Friday mid day. They didn’t break any bolts and the truck drives like a dream now. If you’re in the market for a trust worthy mechanic shop, this is the place for you. Overly pleased with their work, honesty, and efficiency.”

“I went to them right before Christmas because I had to have my brakes checked. My brakes suddenly started sticking and were locking up on me, and became practically undrivable.I had called multiple garages around the area ranging from Gulf Shores to Foley. All of them were already quoting me prices on a full brake service (hundreds of dollars) before even seeing my vehicle versus just what I needed (just a pad and rotor).Not only did I get my car serviced by the them at a fair price, but they also got to me the day I called, and right before Christmas too. “Honestly, for the value and convenience of being local and dropping our cars off here, it’s always a 4/5. We recently had a tire bead mess up after one of the rotations here, which wasn’t Walmart’s fault. They handled it well and helped us get an affordable tire they had in stock and replaced same day when we were just planing for a rotation and balance. Sarah and her staff were very nicely behaved. I’m sure for people traveling through town, this would have been a massive blessing to have such good care at a Walmart. Recommend ++”
