“Our 2017 Toyota Sienna broke down while on our way to Gulf Shores. An improperly installed oil drain plug blew out leaving the oil pan bone dry. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we had it towed to Tom's. Best decision ever! These guys took great personal pride and care in repairing our vehicle and getting it back to us quickly at a more than fair price. “Its hard to find good honest shops, and this is one. Dean is very knowledgable and helpful, and doesn't try to take advantage or oversell things. I had transmissions issues while driving through and Dean was very helpful over the phone in trying to troubleshoot the issue. He scanned my codes and after finding it was the throttle valve actuator, I was able to replace the part myself. I still wasn't able to clear the codes after installing the part, so I came back and he reset my codes and spent almost 30 minutes driving and watching the scanner to be sure there were no other issues - and didn't charge anything for the time. I really appreciated his help, and would be sure to use his services if needed in the future.”
