All of the employees are awesome! The store is fully staffed. The staff is polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They genuinely try to save you money. They greet you, immediately. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is because they make sure each customer gets the time and attention he/she deserves. They apologize for the few minutes you have to wait. I have always had excellent experiences at this store; I visit the store, quarterly. Excellent customer service is extremely rare these days. I appreciate the excellent customer service at AT&T.”

“They fixed my galaxy note 10+ screen, back glass, and camera glass for around $300. Cheaper than most of the other places I checked and I didn't even have to order the screen myself. Very efficient and great work, will definitely be my go to place for any phone repairs. I highly recommend this business and this location.”

“I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
