“Home depot was great my husband and I went there and bought a chainsaw. They were very helpful they explained how to take care of it. Reasonable price.i found out they do curb pick up and they do recycle for me I've been buying tools lawn movers drills saws Sanders wrench sets. MY husband has all the tools he need I still go to home depot and buy other thing's from there.for him and myself. Check them out summer isn't over yet for your home improvement they have what you need.”

“Since we are from out of town, we only visit when we go to UAB. Initially a window display lured my husband in to get a product he had been looking for at the big box stores with no luck. We ended up coming out with 8 items, several of which he had been looking for for a good while. Great experience with all the products we bought when we visited! They have products that you can only find in an old time hardware store. We also called several months after our last visit with questions about reorder on a product we were especially happy with that no one offered locally. They checked to see if another was in stock. Said they were out, but would order for us and took our name & number to call when it comes in! Thanks for the great customer service in person & over the phone!!! We will be back again when we are in B'ham!”
“We had an extremely bad experience at a nearby store, so we came to this location instead. We were so happy we did. The experience was absolutely wonderful. They had the item in stock just as promised, we were able to make our purchase quickly, and they brought it out to our car on a nice lift and placed it in the back without any issues whatsoever. Cannot recommend this store enough. They will get all of our business from now on.”

The guy showed me with a measuring tape what I would actually be looking at when windows are put up . “I stop by looking for a particular item that they carried but it was packaged extremely to large for what I needed. But, I purchased it anyway. That’s why I giving them a 4.5 today!It seems like they only carried the item now in larger sizes and the price are higher! Whew! Inflation is serious!I also checked outside in their garden & flowers area for some plants. That was a let down bc it was only a small amount of flowers left on a pallet to select from. I was looking for the split leaf philodendron, but the Associates/ man told me that they didn’t not have any more house plants. They would not be getting any more for the year. So, that was a little let down!So, I gathered my items and headed to check out. the cashier/she was very nice and friendly. She assisted me with my items and I was on my way. The store is a midsize place, it’s clean inside, has music playing overhead. I’ve always received good help & I’m pleased with this Hardware store!“HAPPY HARDWARE SHOPPING!””
