“We booked a unit to store dorm items during summer. It was very easy to set up online. The location was perfect to Samford University. The hours and access fit our needs. Highly recommend and will use again!”
“Ms Jenise was awesome. My son's storage unit's light didn't come on when I went in today, so I asked him to call the office. Jenise cans with a ladder to see what was up. It turned out the bulb was loose in the socket. No problem. Right back to it.
The place is clean, well-lit, and secure. You need codes or keys to get in everywhere you go. The price is affordable as well.
I talked to Ms Jenise for awhile about the unit he had rented before moving to another state because I'll be taking everything out and to him within the month. She told me what to do when it was time to leave it empty & wished me a good holiday (labor day today) & safe trip.

“This is the best place to store just about anything; RV's, boats, cars, buses, trailers, etc. They have covered parking with electrical outlets for trickle charging, basic uncovered parking, a wash area, compressed air pump w/ tire gauge, and a waste dump station. It is completely fenced and gated for added security.”

“I went into the store on several occasions to window shop, and get a feel of the services the company provides. After speaking to 3 different associates on different occasions. This particular guy by the name of David I must say he is the reason A unit was sold to me that’s a respectful young man, very mannerable ,has so much patience and explains everything down to the T ! I have referred people to you all because of him he deserves a raise or a higher paying position I have a company I would love him to work for I just don’t believe in stealing good employees I must say to istorage value what you have here . good employees are hard to come by he’s very loyal to the business .”

All storage is indoors with temerature control. Cool in summer and warm in winter. It is very clean and well lit. All lights are motion censored. Standard coded gate and doors allow access at anytime. They have small closet type units 5x2 and huge 20x10 units.
They are located in a central area easy to get to. They provide medium and large dollies, which are accessible anytime. There are multiple floors and they have elevators including a large freight elevator.
Price did not change unexpectedly and we had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend Morning Star Storage.”
