“Rented a truck here earlier in the year and overall had a good experience. There were a couple hiccups, my reserved truck wasn’t there when I arrived so I had to come back, and even then the size I requested wasn’t available. They gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost, which was a little out of my comfort zone, but the staff was honest, apologetic, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
Right when I started driving off, the weather got really bad. They let me bring the truck back and easily adjusted my rental dates with no fuss. At drop-off there was a little confusion with the keys, but they figured it out quickly.
Even with the mix-ups, the workers were super kind, patient, and really tried to make everything right. I’d rent from here again.”

“I ordered moving boxes online and chose this location for pickup. The layout of the office and storage units is a bit confusing at first, but it was still easy enough to find the office without much trouble.
Once inside, Andrea greeted me warmly and asked how she could help. She quickly pulled up my order and gathered the boxes I had purchased. She went above and beyond by helping me carry them out and somehow worked magic getting them to fit into my Chevy Malibu, which was truly no small task. I was so grateful for her patience, creativity, and willingness to help.
While inside, I also picked up some packing labels. One thing to note is that they do not accept tap to pay, so Apple Pay will not work. Be sure to bring a physical card.
Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience thanks to Andrea. Moving is stressful enough, and her kindness made it a little lighter and a lot easier.”
“I went here on 04/28/2023 in the afternoon to drop off a trailer and I was waited on by two young men and they were very polite and friendly. They both deserves a pat on the back from management. Maybe even a raise. It was a pleasure doing business at this location.”
“Great customer service at this location! I rented a truck online and the correct one was ready when I got there. I was checked in quickly by a friendly man at the desk. The truck was a bit battered and dirty, as all uhaul trucks are. I had no problems with the truck and dropped it back off on-time. The gentleman took the key and let me know that I could go, saying that he’d check me back in soon. I was a bit nervous about not getting a receipt but did leave. A few hours later, I checked on the uhaul website, and not only had he checked me in honestly (correct mileage, no damage, etc), he also gave me credit for the extra gas I bought. I was impressed and would happily use the convenient location again.”
