Southland Transportation Group - Idealease, Bus & Used Truck Sales
214 10th St S, Birmingham AL 35233
“Southland Transportation Group – Idealease in Birmingham has been nothing short of outstanding. Matt, the Vice President, is truly the best — professional, respectful, and always eager to go above and beyond to take care of customers. Cole, the Rental Manager, is equally impressive, with unmatched dedication. He even assists during weekends when most managers would not, which shows his true commitment. Their trucks are among the best in the industry, and the roadside service has been excellent — fast, reliable, and handled in a very timely manner. Any issues that arise are resolved quickly, which has been a tremendous help in keeping our operations running smoothly without interruptions. We are extremely grateful to work with such a reliable and customer-focused team. Their service, support, and commitment set them apart from the rest. Highly recommend them 100%!”

Enterprise Truck Rental
101 West Park Drive, Birmingham AL 35211
“Right from the start Courtney was very helpful whenever I called, which was about three times in a span of a few days. She was patient and helped me think through my plan when she did not have to take that extra time. She professionally explained to me my options and how it would fit my needs. She was clear with me that the 3/4 ton trucks and 1 ton truck rentals were being returned the morning I was arriving and I may need to wait while they were cleaned so I was prepared and able to work my schedule around that. When I arrived I did not have to wait and Dylan jumped right in to help me and get my rental started. We did the walk through and he paid attention to every detail of the truck and took some pictures and logged them in before I left. He made this process so easy and made this experience so smooth. He provided me with the receiver sleeve for the 3/4 ton truck I rented and also provided me with a hitch clip. What a lifesaver! Upon return I was greeted by Brit over the phone and then she also checked me out at the store and what a great and fun experience she made that! I could have talked to her all day - she was so genuinely kind, efficient and got the job done quickly. Great team there at Enterprise Birmingham and I would happily rent from them again and possibly buy a truck from them in the future! Thanks guys :)”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
401 Palisades Blvd, Birmingham AL 35209
“Great customer service at this location! I rented a truck online and the correct one was ready when I got there. I was checked in quickly by a friendly man at the desk. The truck was a bit battered and dirty, as all uhaul trucks are. I had no problems with the truck and dropped it back off on-time. The gentleman took the key and let me know that I could go, saying that he’d check me back in soon. I was a bit nervous about not getting a receipt but did leave. A few hours later, I checked on the uhaul website, and not only had he checked me in honestly (correct mileage, no damage, etc), he also gave me credit for the extra gas I bought. I was impressed and would happily use the convenient location again.”
