My U-**** truck rental that I had set 3 weeks in advance got delayed by 4 hours the day before a big move (10hrs+ drive). I called Penske hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what Coren did! With less than 24 hour notice and on a weekend, he got me a truck that worked for me and because I wouldn't make it on time before the office closed (I was far at the moment), he found a way for me to pick it up later in the day. “Great customer service at this location! I rented a truck online and the correct one was ready when I got there. I was checked in quickly by a friendly man at the desk. The truck was a bit battered and dirty, as all uhaul trucks are. I had no problems with the truck and dropped it back off on-time. The gentleman took the key and let me know that I could go, saying that he’d check me back in soon. I was a bit nervous about not getting a receipt but did leave. A few hours later, I checked on the uhaul website, and not only had he checked me in honestly (correct mileage, no damage, etc), he also gave me credit for the extra gas I bought. I was impressed and would happily use the convenient location again.”
