I have been there twice and the staff have been great. I know some folks don't like checking in on the kiosk but it is efficient. The first time I waited 30 mins, the second time 15 minutes and both times the person who drew my blood were awesome. No idea why the low reviews.

Just had Ms. Kim! Amazing woman, super kind, funny, relaxing, creates a comfortable atmosphere.. i hate needles, but she was super gentle and pleasant. I had my wallet in my mouth cause it has been years since a needle has been near me and we laughed cause i am a dramatic but she was and is outstanding!!

I had a question before registering, and it was answered quickly and completely and politely. Even though I was a walk-in, I did not have to wait long. The phlebotomist was pleasant and very skilled.
