“I love my dollar general store, the only thing I do not like & why I gave a 4 star is bcuz they don’t stock their shelves very well & are out of a lot of things I usually buy so it puts me to going to San other store z& I have to walk to my places so once I walk 4 miles to the store & 4 miles bk, the other store is 5 miles one so it’s hard to do that in a days timing & me getting old & cold weather stops that a lot. Need delivery better. Bcuz door dash sucks iur here in country. If h get order ur doing great. The 3rd key girl that works there at FlatRock I love her to death she’s very friendly, knows how to talk to & treat a customer. She doesn’t treat u badly like some these other managers look down on u bcuz I go in balled up in clothes bcuz I walk. It’s cold, she’s always taken time to serve us like we are family we need more like her k& store would be awesome. I can’t remember her name but I’m going there shortly I get it. “Everything is good as far as the staff and the selection of items. The only problem is the building design itself. The entrance can be annoying when using a shopping cart because of the area carts are kept has limited space and doesn't have automatic sliding doors like most other Dollar General stores and they are kept right inside between 2 swinging doors, which can make it difficult to maneuver getting a cart to use, getting in and out, and returning the cart. Other than that it's great. Considering it is the oldest Dollar General in the area and surrounding towns and cities though, the entrance situation isn't as bothersome as it would be if it were one of the numerous Dollar Generals that have popped up all over the place.”

“My team and I are trying very hard to keep it stocked and the aisles as clear as possible. We have some of the friendlier crews in the area in my opinion. I'm sorry some of the reviews on here are not as good as I would like and just hope the ones who haven't been in lately give us another chance. I or any of the managers will gladly listen to any one if given the chance to make it a better shopping experience. Thanks for shopping with us.”

“I've always enjoyed shopping at Dollar General, (even when it was Bill's Dollar Store), but, can't remember ever writing a review. I don't know why! Since my comings and goings have become more limited, I'm so thankful for this hometown store and the employees that go above and beyond to assist us older, feeble folks!
