Definitely needs some improvement in the Customer experience department. My experience wasn’t bad by any means, but the experience inside the store is lackluster. Employees don’t seem like they want to be there or do anything.

Agent lied about the requirements of my plan and switched me to something else that I didn't want and now I can't take advantage of the cheaper sign on plan I wanted originally. Second agent I spoke to was very rude.

The manager there is incredibly unprofessional. She was berating an employee infront of the customers. That should be done outside of the view of the customers. That is indicative of poor management.
