“Donna-Marie at the Florence Alabama store was an AMAZING help fixing my Samsung S25. She spent all the time needed to show me not only what to do, but what NOT to do. This is why we are and always will be loyal Verizon customers!! Thank you so much for saving my sanity!!!”

“I needed to add a line to existing service and Savanna was extremely helpful. I told her the type of phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service.”

“Yoni, the service assistant, provided exceptional service with resolving a very difficult issue that I was having with my phone. He went above and beyond anything that could’ve ever been expected and maintained a great attitude while doing it. He absolutely is the best! There are no words to describe my heartfelt gratitude for Yoni!!!”
