“Mattress Planet is the place to go for your next new mattress! Let me tell my story. I struggle with back pain. All last winter I struggled to get good rest on our 8 year old mattress. We went to Mattress Planet in March and decided quickly to buy a Tempur-pedic firm mattress with the hopes that the orthopedic alignment features would help my back. The mattress also came with $300 of free items so I chose Bamboo sheets and a Tempur-pedic ProHi pillow. Eric told us that if we had any trouble with the mattress to just to let him know. He said he would go beyond the trial date to do whatever it took to sell me a good nights sleep not just a mattress. We tried the Tempur-pedic for two months and beyond. My husband loved it, and I tried so hard to like it. It was a great mattress, but not for my back. I went to see Eric and told him what was going on. He had me try a Stearns and Foster Lux Estate, but didn’t have the medium firm that I wanted to try. He called around and found one in Chattanooga. I tried it out and decided to go with it. Mattress Planet quickly got me my new mattress ordered and delivered. We love the feel of this new mattress! He did not make me reimburse any of the free items I got in the beginning with the Temper-pedic mattress and did not make me pay a delivery fee for the second mattress or removal of the first one. He also reimbursed me the price difference of the two mattresses. He has been so easy to work with. I know when I do need another mattress, I will go to Mattress Planet because Eric knows how to treat a customer!”

“I'm only giving 4 stars because we bought a couch and love seat recliner set about 2 years ago. And after only a year the love seat recliner broke and they gave us a new one and then it wasn't 6 months later both recliners broke again and of course they were not in warranty anymore and I'm stuck still with 2 broke recliners lol. But the people there have great customer service. Especially Jose, who we worked with last night on purchasing a new bed set. But I'm a little hesitant considering what happened to my love seat.”
