“Bought 14k of furnishings for my new cabin on Lookout Mountain from Jimmy Joliet. Very good customer service. Had an issue recently with two night tables tops splitting. Jimmy was contacted about this and stood behind what he sells and is arranging for two new table tops for them. Now that IS customer service. I look forward to doing more business with Barter Post in the neat future. Highly recommend this family owned business. Im one happy Canuck.”

“Justin & DJ helped me move. They were AMAZING! I couldn’t have asked for better people. They were extremely professional, kept me up to date on the process, and were polite. They both had great attitudes and were respectful of my things. I’m so grateful for their help!”

“We have bought 3 brand new mattresses from here since we moved in the area in 2012. Will always shop here, from easy parking for wheelchair ♿️ accessible, to clean store, staff is more than knowledgeable, understood our needs, delivery was a breeze . Time you open their door until you left, it felt like family. Before considering others in the area, stop in and see for yourself , great prices and friendly faces. 10 out of 10”
