“These guys are heroes! I'am new to Birmingham and got a flat downtown, which was pretty stressful. I pulled in here, and the team was immediately amazing.
Alex and Danny were super friendly, got me right in, and were clearly very knowledgeable. While they patched my tire, they even took the time to explain in detail how the patch works. I've never had a shop do that! Even with that great explanation, I was still out the door in less than 15 minutes.
The best part? When I went to pay, they said it was on the house as a goodwill gesture. I was blown away. What a perfect example of true Southern Hospitality! Honest, kind, and fast.
I'm never going to a big chain center again. This is my new go-to spot, and I'll be sending all my friends and family here for anything car-related. Highly recommend!”
