The staff took the time to educate me about the process of painting my car myself, explaining the pros and cons clearly. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and had a joyful smile on their face, which made the experience even better. Ricky was my agent, and he was particularly helpful, answering all my questions with patience. “In 1990 I purchased materials for a deck 16x24 all pressure treated "ground contact" lumber delivered. Upon inspection the decking was not ground contact material but Shaw guaranteed me the material was mislabeled and my materials was infact ground contact.Well, I didn't want to take a chance and requested replacement and Shaw promptly honored my request. Hard to believe but my deck remains straight and strong.I recently recommended Shaw to my daughter and to anyone ready my witness. I am not being paid for this critique. I do not know anyone at Shaw.”
