CVS is a friendly place with good service. The staff always seems nice, and most of the staff is very helpful. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and willing to help, with great pharmacists and good people. Customers report that CVS absolutely saved the day, handling everything efficiently when other pharmacies failed. Prescriptions are ready quickly, and the wait in the drive-thru is either non-existent or quick, even when scripts come in just before closing. Customers love the associates and the products and the discount. However, the outside of the store looks run down. The building needs to be pressure washed and painted, and the parking lot needs new tar and new lines. While the service is consistently praised, there is mention of one person with a bad attitude who needs lessons in manners.
