“I’m a local in Ballplay been going here for 15-ish years there was a rough patch between ownership change back in 2024 but otherwise they’ve always been reliable decent pricing generally decent employees (with a couple exceptions but they were gone quick) they do pretty well considering how remote it is staff almost always answers when you call and will even call back at times the Pizza is good if you call and order it but yeah the policy for hold over on pre cook is 4-6 hours depending on the item so you can get old stuff later in the day good selection of drinks and tobacco products the snacks could be expanded upon like Chips and Hard candy but they do have a good candy bar selection considering how small and remote they are all in all 4.5/5 though I’m eating it 5 cause round up”
“I am increasingly happy with my experience here, the customer service I received has far exceeded my expectations in every way. Specifically, Mr. Elijah Woods needs to be given an immediate raise. He went above and beyond for me and my needs, and truly humbled me by the effort he put into fulfilling my requests, albeit under the unconventional circumstance I proposed them. I believe he sets the standard of which everyone should aim to follow in dealing with customers. He made my experience with this store, turn from what I thought would be a complicated one, into something very pleasant. Highly Recommend.”
