“I randomly called the first Mattress company on the Google search and got Josh Hembree who was absolutely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. I spoke with him for about 45-60 minutes and purchased a king Stern's & Foster Estate European plush mattress as he suggested for stomach sleepers would be a good option. Josh provided all the small print information one expects to get when calling an expert including the restocking fee and the different delivery options. He also gave me a full account of what is and “is not”included with return policy and the 120 night Break-in exchange policy. I would recommend this Mattress Firm Clearance Center on E Meighan Rd. to anybody in need of professional yet personal customer service from someone who cares about your comfort. Came by the store today to look around for a bedroom suit I can’t quit remember the sales associates name but he’s very polite and very helpful trying to help me find the best fit for me, as I was looking around another customer came in to make a payment and by the sounds of it they remember everybody’s name and it’s very appropriate, and the best feeling ever to feel welcomed and approached by my name as a friend.
