Our internet gateway died and we got ran around. Told to cancel the service and reactivate it. And forced to use the old box. Refused to refund or give a new box. Will never use this service again.

This place is great the two employees Briana and Kiara was incredible they were very knowledgeable and professional I would go back because of them!!
