“I had ordered a pair of Hoka shoes online. I had never worn any before, and the size I ordered was just too tight on my foot. I requested a return, and they informed me that I could return them to the store at the Gadsden Mall. The young lady who helped me was very helpful and friendly. It could not have been an easier or more pleasant experience.”
“I was in Gadsden visiting some family last week and needed to pick up a new pair of shoes, and the the care the employees there had helping me find something cheap for a quick shoe replacement can not be understated. I believe his name was Landon? Made a small emergency a breeze.”
“Kind of a blah experience: store is mired in retail malaise-a common malady nowadays. Nothing really pops. Entry is dull and filmy. No one asked me for help even though I wandered around looking for specific items. Location is tired. Friendly cashier is the one bright spot.”
“Great store, great staff. Inventory was a little depleted last time I visited but that tells me people keep buying them out. No better place to find the perfect work boots”
“I had a problem with my card and the cashier made a suggestion. That fixed my problem. I saw 2 workers and as soon as we walked in ,both greated us. I asked for a specific brand of shoe the lady helped me find exactly what I needed. Employees were great today.”
“Met a really nice lady. She spent time with me yesterday. Had to order my boots from pell city. She was very helpful and I was very pleased. Looking forward to the arrival of my boots.”
“I was in there yesterday I love that store the employees are amazing ? we got Nike slides & a SnapBack an it was wayyyy cheaper then most stores I love it !!!!!!”
