“Love love love this store. Always the freshest produce, FANTABULOUS selection of cheeses and yogurts. The isle of shame was ROCKIN - I surely didn’t go home empty handed. The wine selection and prices can not be beat- I purchase wine regularly from this store and it’s a great value for the ALDIs brand at a low price. Yesterday I enjoyed a nice “Ka Kaw” from across the store as a fellow isle of shamer spotted me racking up my goodies. I took home a bottle of peach wine that was delectable, and some sharp cheddar cheese squares that complimented the wine very well. I picked up cheese and sour cream for the tacos that were sizzling up back at the house. I also got a Paw Patrol potty training seat and paw patrol step stool for my toddler. We are very pleased with our Aldi finds.”

“I'm new to the area and I went into this Dollar General close to their closing time the other night and there was a clearance sale and the cashier was extremely friendly, did not make me feel rushed and was very accommodating. “New to the area, came in for some refills and was suggested to get a tetanus shot. Went ahead and signed up for it. Cici was very upbeat and positive, friendly and the entire staff had a good attitude and vibe with each other. You can really tell everyone gets along! (Just don't steal the stapler) Cici got my shot over and done with quickly and efficiently and I hardly felt a thing. Thank yall so much and look forward to seeing you guys again soon !”

“Decent staff, seems like a lot of staff turnover but, being fair, if you are respectful to them you will get respects in return. Freezers seem to have issues but restrooms are clean and the staff makes the extra effort to get you checked out asap. Not the best selections but I happen to know that's not the staffs fault because I've worked for DG before. Still I like these folks and they always help me. Sometimes they get staff that isn't the best but those people don't stay long. They do the best with the selection they've got.”

“I give 5 stars to the people only working in the Good Hope, Al & Dodge city, Al stores. If we could give separate company ratings and negative ratings the company would get the largest negative Google maps offered. Aside from that the people are always friendly despite being short staffed, working double shifts or not having off days for months at a time. People get discouraged when they are left at register & the line stretches down the isle to the back wall. Customers get angry & take it out on you & it your new, added bonus never ran a register or never ran one like theirs, even worse. If you page & page for help but it does not come until the line is gone, that cashier will not be back after her break or lunch whichever comes first. No one wants to be thrown in the deep end of the swimming pool when they can not swim!! POINT IS DOLLAR GENERAL DOES NOT CARE!!!”

“All the staples at great prices. You can’t stay out of this store even if ya wanna. Oh, and it’s a great place to stop in the aisles and visit folks you haven’t seen in ages or you can simply put in a hat, put in your earbuds and quick shop like I do. There’s an automatic floor cleaning machine with an empty drivers seat that cruises the floors at night. I always wish they would pop a giant stuffed animal in the seat for entertainment purposes. If I ever get the chance, I’m doing it!”
“The people do their best to accommodate customers, and there is a lot to be said for that. They are very nice people and jump to help when called. The selection is decent but their supply truck, sometimes, I think is sleeping as some supplies take a while to get there ;) And i'm not a person who is "just reviewing". I went to a store within 15 miles and they were getting "too much" stock. Yes, the Dollar General network seems to have "favorites" when it comes to supplying. However, these people do their best with what they have and i respect that, that's what "real" service is all about and i applaud them for it.”

It is always smiling faces which is always a good thing. Large parking area also has gas pumps. Great selection of bath and bedroom also seasonal items and produce it's just the newest thing in our hometown.
