“Always friendly and well staffed. The employees are always helpful and greet you. Has a large warehouse so there is a better chance of finding odds and ends in stock. Prices run a bit high on some items such as certain headlights but thats par for the course as far as most autoparts stores go.

“During my recent oil change for my Subaru Forester, some mistakes were made that required me to visit a Subaru dealership for corrective service, which resulted in a $700 bill. Fortunately, both Robert, the Auto Care manager, and the service manager promptly helped me report the issue at the front desk and took care of the payment.
Everyone makes mistakes — what matters is how they are handled afterward. While I probably won’t return here for future oil changes, I will continue shopping at Walmart.
