“Dwight was so helpful and informative 10/10! Great oil change experience thanks to him and today is only his 3rd day ❤❤❤ thanks Dwight!!”
“We were on vacation when we started having mechanical problems with our vehicle on the interstate. We got a recommendation from friends saying that Crane Fast Lube was the best around.
I will now recommend this company also. They were half the price of another big franchise company quote and explained in detail what we needed to get our car back on the road.
Thank you again for making our vacation plans still possible with a small detour!”
“During my recent oil change for my Subaru Forester, some mistakes were made that required me to visit a Subaru dealership for corrective service, which resulted in a $700 bill. Fortunately, both Robert, the Auto Care manager, and the service manager promptly helped me report the issue at the front desk and took care of the payment.
Everyone makes mistakes — what matters is how they are handled afterward. While I probably won’t return here for future oil changes, I will continue shopping at Walmart. I truly appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown by the Walmart staff throughout this process, and I hope additional training can help prevent similar issues from happening again.”
