“Always can get in and out quickly. Staff is typically friendly and helpful only had one or two cases with staff that doesn't work there anymore or they were rude but now every time I've been in the past year or so we have never had any problems. Would recommend.”

“Just opened my accounts here at the Gardendale branch. Came in a bit late, Carla took care of me 100%, answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. Victory (the teller) was also very helpful and friendly. By the time of this writing I've been at the bank for a week now and have had to call in a couple of times to ask questions and have always been met with the utmost courtesy. I can't say one negative thing about this bank. Not to mention the outstanding interest they offer (in this day and time). They also have Zelle, and I have my Money Market account now. Super happy with SouthPoint here in Gardendale. Online services are very easy to navigate as well.”
