“I had bought a phone from Cricket in Warrior seemed slow and had problems with some apps. I was in Gardendale and stopped to see if they could solve my problems and switch to a simpler phone for my wife and
could still get on the Internet. Devon surely impressed me. He was courteous, patient,understanding.He genuinely was concerned and persistent in making sure we were satisfied with the new phones. My phone is now working great and a lot faster. My wife is happy with her new phone. Devon was outstanding. If you want it right see Devon. Also if you check the negative post I think you will see the complaints were before Devon came in.”

Then, prior to leaving the store Kathryn stopped me, went into the back, and actually found the product that I was looking for for my son. That's an example of hearing your customer, focusing on their needs, and providing them with the results they are looking for. Fantastic job ladies! Please recognize both of them.

“I don't know how other customers had a bad experience here. My experience was almost bad. But thanks to Kenny and Carlos, they went above and beyond. Was supposed to have a bedroom suit, matress and tv delivered. Upon delivery, no bedroom suit. I had sold mine already so I'm infuriated. The delivery driver, Carlos, called the store. Long story short, the next day, Carlos called and asked when he could bring my bedroom suit. I appreciate the professionalism, even after I snapped and making everything right. Thank you so much guys!!!”

I switched from using Straight Talk to using Cricket in about 10 minutes. Kept my same number, same phone, and left the store with everything working. Could not ask for anything else.

“I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
