“Alex was very helpful in store and on the phone. He was very clear about pricing and how it would change after a year and what that new price would be he explained all of my options how and why some plans were better than others etc. he and other coworkers did such a good job today while they were super busy they had several rude customers come in and act a fool, they kept their composure and were nice as possible with the rude customers while still helping the other customers that were waiting there patiently. The employees in the store deserve a 10 out of 10.”
