“I’ve had to go to the store a couple of times and have always been treated nicely by the staff. The store is always busy, but the staff takes the time to explain things, while getting through the line at a reasonable pace. The young man, Damien, who came out last night to fix the internet was so sweet and figured out what was wrong very quickly. Even though it was 8:00pm by the time he left, he was professional and respectful, no resentment for having to be out late. Within 2 hours we had a bucket truck out here to fix the wire between the telephone poles outside.”
