I was having a rough go of it today, and even though she was waiting on a customer, she was still attentive to me, and told me she would be with me right away. Her attention to the lobby despite being very busy really made me feel better.
Simce Britney was patiently assisting her elderly customer, Je-Sus stepped in with a Smile also and assisted me. He was also pleasant and patient as well. These two employees represent T-mobile excellence.”
