I've been with them for years, and over this time I have gotten to know the support staff via ticketing systems. With most companies, you probably never see the same agents name again in another ticket; but not at Known Host. They are able to retain their support staff for years. That says a lot. Tech support is a hard job. I'm thankful to the staff, company and services they provide. They certainly under promise and over deliver.”

“We had to update our sim card from Sprint to T-Mobile. We went to the store expecting a 15 minute stop. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. You are wondering, 5 stars? Yes, this is in regards to the store and especially Neil who helped us.We were there so long because of issues with Sprint, nothing that Neil did or could resolve. Multiple phone calls, attempts from different ways, and finally Neil was able to get our sim card switched over.During the time he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never got frustrated. Overall, he made the experience much better than it might have been had we had someone not as good as Neil waiting on us.Great job Neil!”
