“This is the best pharmacy around. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They remember who you are when they see you. I have been to the larger pharmacies and you are just another number. I usually go through the drive through and the line moves quick. I have been in the store a few times and they are very attentive.”

“Staff is always very nice, usually not a long line. Switched from another big name pharmacy in Gardendale. Has been night and day difference. No drive-through, however that can't be helped because of location. Competitive on pricing if not using insurance or buying rx's for pet.”
“This pharmacy is kind of hit or miss as to whether or not your prescriptions will be ready. I'd say it's about 80/20 with them being ready. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens.On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!”

This CVS is always spotless and well-organized. The store is bright, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping here a breeze. Shelves are always stocked neatly, and everything looks fresh and cared for. The staff do a great job keeping the store tidy and welcoming — it really shows that they take pride in their work. It’s one of the cleanest and nicest CVS locations I’ve ever been to!”
“Yelp! Had to stop by. Gardendale so organized and stocked p up. But, nobody knows where stuff has been pot. You have mixed and mangled these items so, I have no idea where stuff is. But, you neat and stocked up, that's all that matters! Loves this WalMart!!!!”
“They take all day to fill prescriptions that are sent in from your doctor. You have either call or the best way to get them is to go there and they will then get it ready within 30 minutes.”

“For the past year I haven’t felt like a profile or a number like I did prior as a 7 year CVS customer. I don’t get rushed off the phone or get generic answers when seeking advice & guidance on my medications. My medications are always available, filled & ready for pick up before I realize it’s time for them. I will never go anywhere else. I feel this is how a person’s pharmacist should be engaged with their customers.
I believe the employee’s & pharmacist genuinely love their career’s & care about their customers this is extremely hard to find these days!!
