“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! “I am taking a ton of salon stuff to donate to stylists in North Carolina. I signed up for a 10ft U-Haul but once I got home I realized I had grossly underestimated the size I would need. So I called U-Haul on 31 and asked if I could exchange the truck.
Here’s the cool part:
I called at 11:58…they close at 12. She answered the phone!!! Not only that, she called the main place and got an approval for me to swap the trucks.
I went back and easily swapped out the trucks.
They are closed on Monday for the holiday and I was so scared I was going to miss my window to get this donation to the place!
But the lady totally came through and helped me out!!
I am so grateful!”
