“Rented a 6' x 12' trailer last Saturday to haul something but it was last minute so I had to drive from Talladega to Birmingham to pick it up and I was very pleased with the service , price and how fast and easy it was . Use your local dealership of course but if not available the one off 1st avenue beside the airport in Birmingham is awesome ! Wish I could remember the sweet and helpful ladies name but I'm willing to bet she'll be the same one who helps you if you go there....she is great and will not take her but a couple minutes to get you on your way !”

She went the extra mile after I wasted hours on the phone dealing with my drop location a week later. And they still tried to stick her with the problem she was not involved in. Shady.
