“very awesome Pharmacy always has my prescriptions. They’re never out of them. They always have them ready and on time they even call me ahead of time to let me know that my prescriptions are there and ready. Also, they are very sweet and respectful and we’ll go out of their way to do anything they can to help you. none of them have disrespected me not one time I highly highly recommend Riverside Pharmacy and Gadsden Alabama. I’ve been with them going on four years, possibly longer and not one time have I had a problem.”
“I have used Hokes Bluff drug shoppe for years. It is extremely convenient for me because of where I live. It is a very clean and organized shop. I really can't comment about their rx prices because I have insurance. The staff is "business nice", but not too personable- unless they know you.”

When you walk in it is practically empty. Barely anything on the shelves.
I don’t know what the circumstances are, maybe they specialize in prescriptions. I don’t know.
But I would call first if I was looking for a specific item.”

“I am constantly amazed at the work ethic of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians at Store 1476 in Rainbow City. They juggle non-stop multiple phone lines, pick up, drop off, drive thru, vaccinations, truck deliveries and over 700 Rx fills per day. All of this with either 2 RPhs, 2-3 PhTs and maybe a PhClerk to help in the drive thru. On their feet for over 12 hours per day, sometimes without a break. Taking insults, harassment and unkind remarks from customers all the while remaining professional and cranking out prescriptions for our patients and customers. This job is brutal and rewarding at the same time. We take a beating and get up the next day and go back in to assist our patients. I’ve never seen a group more dedicated to helping customers. Proud to be a part of the team!”

And then they have a sign that says to be kind really!!!! I really hope she gets fired or leaves and finds her a job she can HANDLED because that is not it”

“If you read a review from a person named Allen Rhodes giving this pharmacy a one star review, he's my husband. Believe me when I tell you the man can never be satisfied. I've lived with him for 20 years so I'd know. We've used Alaco for goodness I guess a good 15 years now. This pharmacy is THE best. They actually care about their customers and will help you in any way they can. I loved the people who ran it before Amanda took over and I love Amanda, too. My husband sends me to go get our medicine he doesn't even come in here. I'm going to try to report his review. Yes they do run out of medicine sometimes but so do other pharmacies and a lot of times it's not their fault it's whoever they get the medicine from. Trust me you will love this place. When you first start going they treat you like a friend and then you become like family.”
