“Normally, getting car repairs done is a headache, but not with Crash Champions. I will definitely be working with them again in the future if I have a car that needs repair work done. They were kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Jessica is an absolute gem. They dealt with my insurance directly and called me throughout the process to update me on our progress. My only annoyance is that they send out automated update emails that have completely wrong information. I assume this is something that the office can't get rid of or fix because they warned me about it in one of the first update calls, so I just deleted all update emails that came from them.”
“I went to them right before Christmas because I had to have my brakes checked. My brakes suddenly started sticking and were locking up on me, and became practically undrivable.I had called multiple garages around the area ranging from Gulf Shores to Foley. All of them were already quoting me prices on a full brake service (hundreds of dollars) before even seeing my vehicle versus just what I needed (just a pad and rotor).Not only did I get my car serviced by the them at a fair price, but they also got to me the day I called, and right before Christmas too. “Reading through these reviews and I really don’t see a whole lot of detailed reviews. I will tell you from my last couple of experiences, the employees were very quick to schedule an appointment and were very informative. I have stayed in the waiting room, monitored my change and I have to say, they are very professional. The employee working on my vehicle is wearing his PPE and working on my vehicle like it is theirs. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for an oil change.”
