“A fantastic organization! Excellent customer support from beginning to end of the process. They go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. Customer service is obviously their strategy, and it shows. I had ordered a pair of sandals. Once they arrived and I tried them they were unfortunately too small. Upon emailing customer service, Jessica immediately, no questions asked, sent me another pair of sandals in the next size up with a return label and package. I was shocked! All I had to do was package the size too small and place it back in my mailbox. I had never experienced anything like it before. They went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations! They go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.”

“I had come in looking for a wall plug in. They had one, which unfortunately did not work when I got to my condo (only five minutes away). I went back and despite not taking refunds, they were able to exchange it for one that did work. Very nice and is a place I had visited in the past. I always recommend stopping here at least once per trip.”

“Awesome surf shop with upper level and many different great choices of beachwear, drinks, souvenirs, exc... I have to say nicer than the ones I've been to in Myrtle beach. Had a great experience here looking at all the many things they have for sale, and on top was given a free beach bag upon checkout. Not sure what all the Negative reviews are for, it's not that bad.”
