“Great service! Went in the store and purchased a new Blackstone grill. They delivered it to my house already assembled and ready to go. Shop local and see the difference from the “big” stores. Thanks for being a great part of the Guntersville community!”

“Ross-Graden is the go-to place for quality materials, and more importantly expertise and knowledge. They can help figure out the best option, especially if you have a nonstandard thing you need a solution for. And if you haven't been to the Guntersville store in a while, check out the paint department -- big upgrades there, the store is looking good.”

“Dealt with them for years because they are an old school type autoparts. They don't depend on kids looking on up things on a computer but most actually know auto parts and have experience. Usually can get what they don't have the same day.”

“I just ordered cabinets for an airbnb rental I own. TERRY in cabinets could not have been more helpful, he went the extra mile. I placed my order and got a 3d print of how my kitchen will soon look. I must also comment about Rob/Ron in the window treatment dept. He ordered blinds for my personal home and they were perfect, I'll soon order again for my cabin! Lowes sometimes gets a bad deal so I wanted to make sure these guys got the props they deserve.”

“We did a later curbside pick up and my daughter was sleeping in the back. Juan was so nice and sweet making sure to acknowledge that she was sleeping and that he didn’t want to wake her and he would be quiet. He also let me know that any liquid items he put in a bucket just to make sure it wouldn’t tip over. He welcomed up to Alabama in nicest way and I appreciate him taking the time to be a kind and welcoming.”
