“One of the most successful businesses in Hanceville and a trademark of what people are looking for in an otherwise ill opportuned rural town. Convenience. Been a favorite stop of mine since it opened and it is literally down the road. They deal with everyone from the oil man to the hopeless drunk on their last dime and they will always have my respect. The workers do need more compensation for what they do though, but they work very hard.”

“Extremely nice travel center, one of the best that I have ever visited, very organized and extremely clean.I was surprised by the size of the center. It has a lot of great accommodations for the professional truck drivers.The convenience store is immense with so many products to choose from.The food court offers Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, and Pappa John's Pizza, along with locally sourced fresh fudge and in-store made candied nuts.They offer a pet washing station, the 1st I have ever seen in any truck stop.A selection of high-end mattresses for your truck and mobile refrigerators too.”
“I love marathon because if there's a drop in gas prices, they're the one who drops it first. Sometimes, it's at a lower price than the drop in price. I always fill up at Marathon. If you try Marathon you will see the difference in your money and the gas prices”

“Very good service station and convenience store. Prices are moderate; coffee is always on and good. Most of the employees that work there are friendly but you know how that goes… Stay away from the McDonald inside, you’d be better off eating the grass in the median of I-65… YUCK!”

“Good product. Good people, good prices. People were complaining about restrooms not being open. They don't realize that the station uses septic tanks and also the drain piping goes through a cement floor which must be broken up to get to the pipes.”

“Apparently this is the only Chevron I have even been too that puts a fake gas price in the big sign with another sign on the pump saying the big sign is not right. Whatever.
Did print a receipt which I appreciate.
No window squeegee. Pumps dirty and handles also dirty. No gas gloves.”

“New convenience store just opened a few weeks ago. Got a liquor store attached. Price signs a little confusing, they're posting a cash price but nobody pays in cash anymore not at the pump anyway. I always thought David was the same as cash. Anyway it was clean, they were friendly, and I'll be back”

“The Shell at the Hanceville/Colony exit is a great gas station to stop at to fuel up. It has its pro’s and con’s though. As for the store it’s a 5 star store. They are like a mini truck stop. There open 24 hours a day and their store inventory is huge. There’s plenty of parking for over the road trucks and normal parking for your normal commuter. Plus there’s a truck wash shop right next to it. As for the staff I give them a 4 star. They have never really been friendly to me the times I’ve stopped there. So for the store I say 5 star but the staff is a 4 star.”
