The car was clean, drove well, and I had no issues with performance. I did not, however, like that the only person I could get in touch with during my over-the-weekend rental was ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. No customer service reps, and ROADSIDE couldn't tell me whether or not the toll I was going to incur in less than 100 miles would be charged to my credit card, or license on the rental. (It makes a difference... l had moved, and my last toll went onto my license... I didn't receive the forwarded letter until it was already in the fine stage, costing me double and a hassle.”

“I took my 2022 Northstar Honda Odyssey in for another annual maintenance checkup on Jun 4, 2026. As usual, the staff was outstanding. They took care of everything top to bottom. I a lose track of the maintenance schedule. I have purchased both of my Dodge and Honda conversions in the past from Griffin Mobility. A great crew!”
