“I decided to give this place a second chance, not to make a purchase, but to see if the customer service had improved. The girl Emma immediately recognized me when I asked if the young girl who’s name started with an a was here; and she assured me that the previous employee was no longer there. She was kind, helpful, and eager to make things right. Although I didn’t buy anything during my visit, Emma’s excellent customer service made a great impression, and I will definitely be back.”

“The employees were great and fast, came in got what I wanted and got out. Only trouble was this little girl was knocking everything over, pulling stuff out and making a mess. Jumping around, and being annoying. Kids are kids but parents should parent. I'm just glad the kid wasn't screaming. Mom told the employee my kid isn't doing that but then crash... Sure. Certainly had me raising my eyebrows”

“I raise money at Christmas to sponsor local foster children. This year we sponsored 23. I always order the teenager’s shoes from Hibbett’s app. The rewards are great, and it’s so easy to use.”

“Jamal was phenomenal. He was patient and attentive to my son and actually brought a shoe for my son to try on that he didn’t even he pick out. And those shoes were the shoes that I purchased. In a few moments this young man was able to help my son figure out what felt good on his feet and tools he can use to help pick out shoes in the future. Thanks Jamal. I’m certain GOD has great things planned for this young man.”
