“I’m giving this store 4 stars because overall it was still a positive experience, even though things didn’t work out exactly as planned.
I originally found a furniture set on the showroom floor and asked if it was available in gray. The salesperson showed me a charcoal gray option, and it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, when the order came in, it turned out the wrong couch had been ordered due to a mix-up with the item number.
When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it wasn’t the one we had discussed. I was told the correct couch wouldn’t be available until May 23rd, which didn’t work for my timeline, so I decided to cancel the order.
The good news is the team handled the cancellation quickly and without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and easy to work with, and I still feel like they offer great deals.
While the mix-up was disappointing, I would definitely consider shopping here again because of the customer service. No harm, no foul—just one of those things that didn’t quite go as planned.”
“Cute little furniture store! We needed a bedroom set for a guest room nothing too expensive, but still good quality and they had exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Joe Lively took great care of us. I really appreciated that he introduced himself and then let us look around without hovering. Would definitely recommend!”
“I had visited Rooms to Go several years ago and was not impressed. However, I found a living room set i might like on their website and decided I would give them another shot. Leah Bailey is outstanding. She asked a few questions, then showed me the items I was interested in. To my surprise, she left me to mull things over and make a decision. No hype, no high pressure and no hovering over me. The items were what I wanted but her sales approach cinched the deal. Rooms to Go has a large selection of furniture to fit any budget. “I went in last weekend to look for a few things for my kitchen and ended up finding more than I planned. The store was clean and pretty well organized, which made it easy to walk around without feeling rushed. They had a good mix of basic items and some nicer decor pieces too. Prices seemed fair compared to other places in town. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually knew where everything was, which I appreciated. Checkout took a little time but nothing crazy. Overall it was a solid experience and I’d probably come back when I need stuff for the house.”
“Quick delivery and very professional. Absolutely LOVE our ComfortNext with adjustable base thus far. Slept a total of 11 hrs the first night!
However, I gave 4 stars due to the sleep number setting having trouble increasing when I am in bed (I am 218lbs) and the pump can't handle the load. For example, If I go from 35 to 40 it drops to 20 instead. Easy fix to get out of bed for the time being but not ideal.
Overall I am still extremely satisfied and would highly encourage giving it a go at one of their local stores. If there is a fix someone could recommend for the inflation issue, I will be happy upgrade to 5 stars.”

“REALLY nice "Flea market" , I put that in quotations because it's more like a upscale store with booths. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if you're expecting a flea market atmosphere or pricing you're not going to get it there. On the other hand they did have some really cute, and extremely nice things... just a bit pricey. It's definitely somewhere to check out, just because it was a little pricey for me does it mean other people wouldn't absolutely love it!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Encore. They have quality furniture at very reasonable prices, and the owner Brad and his family are some of the nicest people. I’ve purchased at least a dozen pieces of furniture over several visits to the store and Brad and his team always load the furniture into my car and are very courteous while I’m shopping. When I forgot moving blankets one time, Brad took the time to break down some cardboard for me to use to protect my furniture. This is a very friendly and quality business and I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking to furnish their homes.”
