“I’m giving this store 4 stars because overall it was still a positive experience, even though things didn’t work out exactly as planned.
I originally found a furniture set on the showroom floor and asked if it was available in gray. The salesperson showed me a charcoal gray option, and it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, when the order came in, it turned out the wrong couch had been ordered due to a mix-up with the item number.
When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it wasn’t the one we had discussed. I was told the correct couch wouldn’t be available until May 23rd, which didn’t work for my timeline, so I decided to cancel the order.
The good news is the team handled the cancellation quickly and without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and easy to work with, and I still feel like they offer great deals.
While the mix-up was disappointing, I would definitely consider shopping here again because of the customer service. No harm, no foul—just one of those things that didn’t quite go as planned.”

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. Joe Lively took great care of us. “I can’t say enough good things about Encore. They have quality furniture at very reasonable prices, and the owner Brad and his family are some of the nicest people. I’ve purchased at least a dozen pieces of furniture over several visits to the store and Brad and his team always load the furniture into my car and are very courteous while I’m shopping. When I forgot moving blankets one time, Brad took the time to break down some cardboard for me to use to protect my furniture. “I went in last weekend to look for a few things for my kitchen and ended up finding more than I planned. The store was clean and pretty well organized, which made it easy to walk around without feeling rushed. They had a good mix of basic items and some nicer decor pieces too. Prices seemed fair compared to other places in town. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually knew where everything was, which I appreciated. Checkout took a little time but nothing crazy. Overall it was a solid experience and I’d probably come back when I need stuff for the house.”

We purchased a bed from Jerry over 3 years ago. Jerry is very knowledgeable and very patient, we were in the store for about three hours trying out beds and trying to decide. Whatever features we were looking for, he found the beds that had them!
This week we had an issue with the bed/remote, one side of the bed would not lift up on my Mom’s side of the bed.
I called Sleep Outfitters and spoke to Amanda, who was also very nice. Jerry returned my call and took care of our problem. He promptly sent out service men, at no charge to us, to take a look at the frames and the issue was that we needed a new remote. Jerry was kind enough to ask the service men to switch the lifting frames on each side of the bed so my Mom’s side would raise and she could get out of bed with ease.
We no longer had a warranty on the bed, it had expired. Jerry went above and beyond to help us get the situation taken care of with courtesy and professionalisms!
We ordered a new remote, it came quickly and the bed is like brand new!
