“This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!”

“I had a recall notice regarding brakes on my 2024 Honda Pilot. I called and made an appointment just a week away. I was greeted by Ricky who quickly drove my car to the service area. I spent my time in the waiting room talking to other interesting customers. 45 minutes later Ricky informed me that they found nothing wrong with the brakes and I was good to go. “I found my go-to mechanics! I had a problem pop up, called them, and they were booked, but they told me when to call back to see if they could get me in. I called as instructed, but they were still booked. Ì explained my situation, and he had me bring my truck up and leave it, and they would work it in. They did and called me to let me know what the problem was and that I could take it to this other place to fix it since they caused the problem and I had already paid for it to be fiixed. I asked him to go ahead and fix it, and I'd work it out with them later. They did, plus cleaned the under carrige where it had been blowing oil all over everything. They got my truck running great again, and I had it back the next day!
Just recently stopped because my check engine light came on. They checked it out real quick and let me know it was nothing to worry about and what it was. I couldn't be happier with their service.”

“First off let me say how wonderful their personality is when you walk in. Everyone there has such a professional and nice presence to them. Got my bumper fixed 18 wheeler hit me and they did amazing work. I then had something fall off one and had to get my wind shield wiper reservoir and front bumper fixed not even 2 weeks later after the first time. These people go above and beyond for you and if you just are upfront they seem to work with you. I want to say anything body now I will be their customer for life now! Also they sale weather tech but I think they have to order it and just because of how great of a job they did and how much they are I wanted to make a post to let others now A+”

“My black Bentley got caught in a hail storm while I was in Florida. Quarter-size hail left 38 dents on most of the flat surfaces. I brought it to their shop for an estimate and received a quote for less than my Insurance deductible would have been. They got the job done quickly and let me inspect it under florescent lights. I could not find any evidence of the hail damage...and I knew where the dents had been. GREAT work, fast service and a good price; what more could you ask?”

“I purchased a 333G and a Fencon mulch head recently. I personally dealt with Josh Dean which is the sales manager. The process was VERY smooth and EDUCATIONAL. He even took me to the shop to meet the mechanics and get there outlook on most common issues they see caused by operator/lack of maintenance. A few days later, no fault to anyone, we had a mechanical failure. Not only did Josh help me at 7pm(2 hours after he was off), he met me the next day, picked up the part and got it covered 100% and replaced! Any unit, any name can probably do the same thing, but it's the after the sale customer service! To my knowledge there isn't another Josh Dean! At the least give him/them the opportunity to earn your trust along with your business!”

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Stan or Mike really know their stuff. If they don't have it, they will call around other competitors to find it for you.
