Additionally was accommodating, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire time we worked together to store and secure my specialty bed foundation, mattress, piano, etc..I am thankful for the support and help given above and beyond as I am relocating. “We had a storage unit there for 7 years. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. The units are all inside units, climate controlled, clean and behind a security fence. The management staff is excellent. They are very professional but also very kind. We were so pleased with them. If the need arises, we will use them again!”

“5/24 updated review- I reposted my review. I noticed it didn’t post because I could not see it.3/20- Came in last minute to Storage Master on Saturday because Uhaul had us all messed up. We had reserved a truck but found out they confused our Saturdays. They had NO truck for us. Frustrated we took a chance to stop in at storage master. It was busy we got in line and had to wait. Noticed the gal with long brown hair was the only one working at the counter Saturday. She had a line but was smiling and talked to everyone taking her time with each customer. We had a Penske and storage master customers ahead of us. It was a wait but she was working alone. We thought we ain’t getting a Penske last minute on a busy Saturday. BUT y’all! We got one! Miss Kelley went above and beyond to help us get in one. We also got information from her about possibly renting out two storage units. She personally took us around to show us three units. In between helping us out Kelley brought carts to customers who needed them. She stopped to help a lady who couldn’t close her unit. Our grandson was with us and he didn’t have anything to drink. Miss Kelley gave him her own unopened water bottle and offered him a snack. We ended up not needing those units. But we were very impressed how attentive,friendly, accommodating she was to our family. She showed my husband how to print online coupons if we need a storage unit in the future. We noticed customers stopping by the office to say hi and chat with her. Her customers like her. We can see why. We like her too. She is a gem. We were highly satisfied with her great customer service. We will definitely come back if we need a storage unit or Penske truck. We highly recommend Storage Master! What a great experience with a hard working gal.”

“The manger here, Ms. Fran is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure i was fully taken care of and has such a kind and caring heart. I think i told her 3x's how nice she was... it's sad that people just aren't that way anymore but this young women takes the cake. I was frantically searching for a small unit and this was the only one in town i found that wasn't astronomically priced and she got me set up right away. The grounds are always well kept and the area is in a great part of time as well as lit up very bright at all hours. I feel 100% at ease knowing that my belongings were stored here.”

“My belongings in my Storage Rental is Safe & Secure. The location is very Convenient. The only negative aspect is THE RENTAL PRICE. It seems to INCREASE every 2 to 3 Months WITHOUT A REASON for the INCREASE. I have a SMALL UNIT and I'm paying BIG MONEY for it. Thus, the 4 Stars Rating instead of 5.”
“The lady who runs this location, Ms. Faye, is wonderful. She goes above and beyond any expectations that you may have. She runs a clean facility, and is genuinely happy to help with any questions that you may have. The storage rental units are big and reasonably priced. Great location, great prices, and GREAT service. They give the trifecta.”
“I would use portalable storage anytime over a storage facility. If anything is ever stolen or ruined by there facility they will never be liable. My family will definitely use this facility anytime we need to store anything. They were up front with pricing and did not mind answering questions I had.”

Whenever I do need to use a U-Haul again, you best believe I will be taking my business to them, just for the staff members alone! Ashton, Hannah, and the other girl(whose name I didn't get) were beyond exceptional!”
