“This branch provides excellent service! I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Diana Simpson upon entering the office. I needed help on an online transaction. I made the request at a different branch several days ago but did not work out well. Ms. Simpson patiently listened to my explanation and spent time reading all the records in the system. She went above and beyond to assist me and tried to make sure my request was properly addressed. In just few hours I saw my request was fulfilled. “The cashier at this location is wonderful. She is professional, helpful , and knowledgeable. I don’t keep withdrawal or deposit forms in my car. So each time I drive through I either write my request on a piece of paper or tell her what I need. She is patient with me when I try to figure out how many 5s, 10s, 20s or 50s I need. There has not been one time that this kind young lady has rushed me in any way.
I hope that Regions realizes what an excellent employee they have in that small branch. She told me she likes it there, so please Regions - don’t move her! It is very often that she “makes my day. “”
