“I met with Butch Jacobs 3 or 4 times over the last year at this location. He helped me fulfill my responsibility to my grandmother as her POA when she developed dementia at the end of her life. Then he helped me distribute her assets to her beneficiaries when she passed away. He was patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. If you have to work with WF, make yourself an appointment at this branch.”
“Valencia S. & Don L. were absolutely amazing! After working with two other local branches for almost a month due to fraud, I went into the Hoover branch. Valencia contacted the fraud department immediately and was able to get my account back on track the same. If it wasn't for her, I would still be waiting for the fraud department to provide online banking access. Don was also very helpful unfortunately I received the wrong account information from another branch for the new account which caused bill payments to be returned. He provided me with the correct account information and also gave me a letter of explanation for the error. Both issues were solved within the same day and I received communication. I highly recommend this branch for their professionalism and great attention to detail.”
