“If you like how you’re treated at Chick-fil-A, then go to this store for all your outdoor needs. They are not like their competitors, they treat each person as though they could buy the store. I have been to plenty of places that make me feel “less than” and this is NOT one of those places. The location is prime, but the prices do not reflect “being in vestavia”. The men in there will bend over backwards for you, the owner even speaks to you like you’re an old friend. All the guys have been great but a special shout out to Marc and Mike for understanding my needs and answering each one of them!

They've got pickled soda, they've got, if you like miso soup in hot and sour soup and things like that they've got a full mix of those they got a lot of things you couldn't find at walmart, really unique things they've even got a ranch dressing drink, a bacon drink, I mean it's just really unique stuff great stocking stuffer place!!!”

“First salesperson we dealt with was supposed to contact us in about 15 minutes after we left the store (my husband had to return to work) with pricing, etc. Never heard from her. Had to call the store the next day and turns out she was off that day so started dealing with a new person. She was very helpful, using the information I gave her about model, leather, etc but ended up having to go back to the store in order to make sure it was the right leather, etc. Placed the order and paid the required down payment. All went pretty quickly. Gave 4 stars because of the inconvenience.”

“I have Summers Classics furniture, which I purchased in 2012 at a major store in Kansas City HALLS at 40% off end of the summer sale- floor model sale. It is beautiful to this day. It will last forever. The cushions are unbelievable quality, in addition I purchased the same line Provance at an estate sale and paid to have it delivered to my vacation home in Puerto Rico and the furniture survived on the top of my house -outside with 36 inch zip ties to the balusters through Hurricane Maria at the 145 mile per hr cyclonic wind for 7 hr pounding with all its force and sand blasting. Took roof off the neighboring guest house and my SC was perfect. However, I will say after reading these reviews, I will not be going to the Pellamoutlet I can just shop online or wait to for a sale at my local stores. ( Especially since I don't need any. Ha) I've always regretted I've never been able to time the tent sale to my schedule, but I'm going to quit longing for a personal visit. Thank you for the reviews.”
