“I cannot recommend this Relax the Back location enough. My husband just purchased his second Lifeform office chair as the first chair seat had started to give out after 6 years of heavy use. Bob is so personable and easy to work with. He even came in earlier then normal store hours for us to pickup the new chair as it worked with my husband's work schedule. He was also so kind to our children who came with us to pick up the new chair as well. Its so hard to find that level of customer service these days.”
“Very good experience at the Haverty's in Hoover today. Great assistance from our store rep. (James), mattress expert (Tracy), store manager and even the district manager who happened to be there today. All were very helpful and attentive but we never felt rushed. We ended up being in the store about 3 hours and found some great deals.”

“They're expensive on a lot of stuff, but I can tell you what they got a great great great great great great great great great great selection of really unique things to eat and try and snack on. They've got pickled soda, they've got, if you like miso soup in hot and sour soup and things like that they've got a full mix of those they got a lot of things you couldn't find at walmart, really unique things they've even got a ranch dressing drink, a bacon drink, I mean it's just really unique stuff great stocking stuffer place!!!”

“We have had our Sleep Number bed for 16 years and love it!! No problems at all and we love the adjustment we get for our own side of the bed. I sleep on 60, hubby sleeps on 30. We are buying our second Sleep Number bed for our room and moving our current to a new bed in a guest room. Their attention and service is also great!!”

“I have Summers Classics furniture, which I purchased in 2012 at a major store in Kansas City HALLS at 40% off end of the summer sale- floor model sale. It is beautiful to this day. It will last forever. The cushions are unbelievable quality, in addition I purchased the same line Provance at an estate sale and paid to have it delivered to my vacation home in Puerto Rico and the furniture survived on the top of my house -outside with 36 inch zip ties to the balusters through Hurricane Maria at the 145 mile per hr cyclonic wind for 7 hr pounding with all its force and sand blasting. Took roof off the neighboring guest house and my SC was perfect. However, I will say after reading these reviews, I will not be going to the Pellamoutlet I can just shop online or wait to for a sale at my local stores. ( Especially since I don't need any. Ha) I've always regretted I've never been able to time the tent sale to my schedule, but I'm going to quit longing for a personal visit. Thank you for the reviews.”

“This place is packed FULL of tchotchkes. They have so much to look at. I think there are at least 8 aisles to walk up and down. It is fully wheelchair accessible, including the restrooms. Because it is individual booths there is probably something for everyone. Love the front desk people. They were super sweet.”

The installation was around 30 minutes and we have been enjoying the new fireplace every day. We would recommend Hollywood to anyone looking to upgrade or install a fireplace in their home. “I have a pair of older discontinued swivel glider chairs that no longer worked properly. Even though the parts are no longer available, Jason was able to find a solution and now they both swivel and glide like brand new chairs! Jason went above and beyond and made sure I was happy! I worked with Alaena also in picking out brand new cushions for my chairs. The customer service was amazing, something that’s hard to find anymore. I had the best experience working with both Jason and Alaena and would recommend them and Summer Classics to everyone!!”
“They looked out fore when my refrigerator suddenly went out and we were between checks. My wife and I pay cash for most our stuff, so neither one of our credit is the best. Thank God for Aarons when your in that situation or one like it. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. Couple minutes and we were on our way home with a new refrigerator all in time to save our food. Thanks guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Furniture seems to be mid-range quality, but very affordable. I am very pleased with the recliner I bought, price an quality. It was damaged slightly in delivery, but they brought me a replacement chair the next day. All the employees are very nice and helpful.”
