“I bought a chair from Bob 6 years ago. I remember the buying and delivery process being smooth and without any hitches and Bob being a pleasure to deal with.
6 years later, and outside of the manufacturer's warranty, one of the arms of the chair broke off. The manufacturer was unwilling to provide a new arm and suggested purchasing brand new arms at a steep price. On a long-shot, I reached out to Bob to see if he could help. He went above and beyond by checking his stock, finding the correct arm and shipping it to me, since I'm out of state now.
I haven't been around the longest but I know high quality customer care when it's done right. I'll be reaching out when I'm back in the market for a new chair! Thank you, Bob!”

“I have been to several consignment shops and thrift stores, throughout Pelham, Homewood and Hoover and have always come back to this store here. Carol, the owner, goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers. Carol is the most kind and cordial person I have ever met. I just met Carol about three months ago when I moved here to Pelham and found her willing to go out of her way to do whatever it takes to accommodate her guest and customers. I highly recommend Carol And her classic home decor, consignment shop. Look at some of her top quality items that she has… There is no junk in this store. It is all top quality at extremely reasonable prices.

“This place is packed FULL of tchotchkes. They have so much to look at. I think there are at least 8 aisles to walk up and down. It is fully wheelchair accessible, including the restrooms. Because it is individual booths there is probably something for everyone. Love the front desk people. They were super sweet.”
“They're expensive on a lot of stuff, but I can tell you what they got a great great great great great great great great great great selection of really unique things to eat and try and snack on. They've got pickled soda, they've got, if you like miso soup in hot and sour soup and things like that they've got a full mix of those they got a lot of things you couldn't find at walmart, really unique things they've even got a ranch dressing drink, a bacon drink, I mean it's just really unique stuff great stocking stuffer place!!!”
“We have had our Sleep Number bed for 16 years and love it!! No problems at all and we love the adjustment we get for our own side of the bed. I sleep on 60, hubby sleeps on 30. We are buying our second Sleep Number bed for our room and moving our current to a new bed in a guest room. Their attention and service is also great!!”

Even though the parts are no longer available, Jason was able to find a solution and now they both swivel and glide like brand new chairs! Jason went above and beyond and made sure I was happy! “I have Summers Classics furniture, which I purchased in 2012 at a major store in Kansas City HALLS at 40% off end of the summer sale- floor model sale. It is beautiful to this day. It will last forever. The cushions are unbelievable quality, in addition I purchased the same line Provance at an estate sale and paid to have it delivered to my vacation home in Puerto Rico and the furniture survived on the top of my house -outside with 36 inch zip ties to the balusters through Hurricane Maria at the 145 mile per hr cyclonic wind for 7 hr pounding with all its force and sand blasting. Took roof off the neighboring guest house and my SC was perfect. However, I will say after reading these reviews, I will not be going to the Pellamoutlet I can just shop online or wait to for a sale at my local stores. ( Especially since I don't need any. Ha) I've always regretted I've never been able to time the tent sale to my schedule, but I'm going to quit longing for a personal visit. Thank you for the reviews.”
“We have had the same fireplace for years. When we decided to upgrade to a more efficient and better looking set, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and affordable price. The installation was around 30 minutes and we have been enjoying the new fireplace every day. We would recommend Hollywood to anyone looking to upgrade or install a fireplace in their home. “This is a great Target. I have never had a bad experience here. I find clothes, food, and all kinds of beauty products here. It's very spacious too. I will say they are currently remodeling so they have portable refrigerators and freezers in the meantime. I hope they renovation makes it an even better place to shop!”
